格拉汉姆是2018年的次轮秀，上赛季为马刺出战23场比赛，场均可以得到5分1.6篮板2.1助攻，投篮命中率35.2%，三分命中率30.1%，罚球命中率81.3%。
格兰汉姆曾在NBA命中过一记61英尺（18.6米）绝杀，这是NBA历史最远的压哨绝杀。
今年10月份，上海男篮曾签下格拉汉姆，但后者训练中出现了一些伤病一直没有向球队报到。有报道称，格拉汉姆已经向大鲨鱼球队、管理层和整个教练组道歉。
